For in-person training, cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled session will incur a £50 administrative fee. This charge will be applied in your next billing cycle.

We are unable to offer reimbursements if the training is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as trainer illness. We recommend booking refundable transportation where possible.
